Questions network leaders ask
Who takes it, and how long does it take?
The planting husband (about 35 minutes), the planting wife (about 25 minutes, on her own) and three to five references (about 8 minutes each). Answers save as they go, so anyone can stop and finish later on any device with the same link.
Does the planting wife see her husband's answers?
No. The husband and wife never see each other's individual answers, private notes or safety answers. They answer the same marriage questions separately, and the report shows where they line up and where they don't.
What does the network leader get?
A graded report with one of four recommendations (Ready, Ready with Conditions, Development Needed, or Pause & Talk), plus a 90-minute interview guide built from their answers, with questions to ask, what to listen for and a place for your team to score.
What do the planting husband and wife get?
A different report: a personal one written to encourage them and name next steps. You choose when to release it.
Can they add DISC, CliftonStrengths or other results?
Yes, if they want to. The optional Other assessments step takes results they already have from DISC, Myers-Briggs, CliftonStrengths, Enneagram, Predictive Index or Working Genius. Plumbline checks them against its own Wiring and flags gaps worth talking through, with questions to ask. They are never scored and never change the recommendation.
Who can see the answers?
Only your network. The database itself blocks every other network. You choose to keep assessments 12, 24 or 36 months, and they delete themselves after that. No ads, no tracking, and nothing is ever sold.
Does it replace an assessment retreat?
A retreat with trained assessors is still the gold standard for many networks. Plumbline can be the first step before one, or the whole process for networks that can't afford one.
