By using Plumbline you agree to these terms. If you use it for a network or church, you agree for that organization too.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in and personal links private.

Payment

Every new network's first assessment is free. After that, each assessment costs $99 and covers the planting husband and wife (or a single planter) and all their references. A network plan costs $2,500 a year for unlimited assessments and renews each year until you cancel. Founding networks from the beta get their first 5 assessments free (they don't expire), then pay $79 per couple through 2027. Plumbline Teams is a yearly plan: Starter (up to 8 people) $249, Team (up to 15) $449, Staff (up to 50) $1,299, plus $25 a person a year past 50, renewing each year until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe, and Stripe emails your receipt. Assessments you buy don't expire. If you haven't used an assessment, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of buying it by emailing hello@parkermanuel.com. To cancel a network plan, email the same address before it renews.

For network leaders and teams

Use Plumbline only to assess people who have agreed to take it, for church planting or ministry decisions. Treat their answers as confidential. Don't sell, publish or share them outside your team. A Plumbline report is one input, never the decision. Don't approve, decline or fund anyone on the report alone. Use it alongside interviews, references, background checks and prayerful discernment. You're responsible for who you invite to your team and for removing people who leave.

For planting couples, single planters and references

Answer honestly and on your own. Your answers go to the network that invited you, as the Privacy page describes.

The questions and reports

Every question, report and scoring rule in Plumbline was written by Parker Manuel. You may use the reports for your own assessments, but you may not copy the question set to build or sell another tool.

Ending use

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that misuses Plumbline or breaks these terms.

No guarantees

Plumbline is provided as it is, without warranties. Scores are estimates from what people reported, and they can be wrong. To the extent the law allows, Plumbline and Parker Manuel aren't liable for decisions made using it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Colorado law.
